How long will I wait for my parcel?
We understand that timely and fast delivery is important to our customers, so we make sure that these times are as short as possible. However, the estimated delivery time from the moment we hand over the parcel to the carriers varies by country or by the chosen form of delivery.
However, delivery times may be extended during periods of higher demand (Christmas holidays, sales) and for unforeseen reasons. Digital products such as virtual gift vouchers are delivered by email immediately after payment.
What is the cost of delivery and will I have to pay duty?
Delivery prices to different countries also vary depending on the choice of carrier. The customer chooses the form of delivery in the shopping cart, where he can also find information about the delivery price. All orders within Slovakia with a value over 150 euros and the Czech Republic with a value over 3500 kč are delivered at no charge!
Orders within the European Union are not subject to duty. The price displayed in the shopping cart and in the order summary is therefore final, you do not have to pay anything extra.
Shipments to other countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other charges. These charges are a matter for the individual country and are beyond our control. It is essential to emphasize that all these charges are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend that you verify possible additional charges and their amount with your local authorities before creating an order. At the same time, these charges are not refundable from our side.
Shipment tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website or app (if available) of your chosen delivery company, where you can track the real-time movement of the parcel on its way to your hands.
