I hope so, I got it as a gift .... The valve is open to the open position , but it doesn't inflate at all even when I blow into it. I'm leaving soon 😭

Hello, my mattress arrived yesterday. It looks great, but even after three hours the side rollers have not inflated. What could be wrong? The hand pack to inflate it was not in the package.

The pad is way too big when packed, and weighs substantially. It is also not comfortable at all if you are a side sleeper. I wouldn't recommend this pad.
