How to return the goods?
Here or at the bottom of this page, you will find a form to return the goods. Print this form, fill it out and send it together with the goods and the invoice to the following address:

It is important that the goods are complete, unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. When we receive the goods, we will check that everything is in order and we will return your money to your account within 14 days.
What else do you need to know:
- Pay extra attention to the "IBAN" field in the form. In case of incorrect completion, we will not be able to return the money to you in time.
- Refunds take a maximum of 14 days, but we do our best to ensure that your money arrives much earlier. Please contact us if you have not received the money within two weeks - we will certainly find the cause together.
- We do not refund postage costs associated with the return of goods.
- We recommend sending the shipment as a registered package with insurance so that you can complain about the matter in case of loss of goods on the way to us.
- We do not provide an exchange for another product, color, or size, we recommend creating a new order.
