Warm, soft and functional: Get to know our Climber fleece jackets!
Polartec® is a household name in the world of technical materials. When this manufacturer was the first in the world to create a warm synthetic fleece material in 1981, it revolutionized the world of technical materials. In the meantime, this original material has evolved into many other variations, with different weights and functionalities, many of which we use on our other products.
Our new Climber Jkt and Climber W Jkt fleece jackets, however, are made from the real original that started it all over 40 years ago - Polartec® 200 Series Fleece.
More robust and warmer
Polartec® 200 Series Fleece is twice the weight of the Polartec® 100 Series Fleece we use on our popular and affordable Malmo W Jkt and Raven Jkt fleece jackets.
Finally, like all quality fleece materials, both materials offer excellent sweat and moisture-wicking, quick-drying properties and a pleasant softness that makes them very comfortable to wear.
The higher grammage of the Climber Jkt and Climber W Jkt models translates into a jacket that insulates better and is therefore suitable for even colder conditions. However, this weight can be too much in active movement, so it is better suited for leisure moments rather than sports. After all, its minimalist design and timeless colors also predispose this jacket to that.
4 colors for both models
Both models of the Climber jackets are available in up to four colors, and as already indicated, we preferred the timeless and matt colors, also suitable for leisure moments. Most of the colors are matched with the seams and other details of the jacket tone-on-tone, but for those who prefer a more striking design, there are also colors with visible and distinctive seams.
No harm to the environment

The Polartec® 200 Series Fleece material itself is made from recycled plastics, but Polartec® places importance on every single step of its production, as demonstrated by earning the internationally recognized Bluesign and Global Recycled Standard certifications.
