Exchange and returns

If you have ordered goods you do not fit or is not completely to your liking, we will gladly change it for a different size, color or other goods. Within 30 calendar days * from receiving the package, you are entitled to replace the goods or return them for any reason. However, if the end of this period falls on a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

If you decided to return the goods and demand repayment of the purchased price, you are eligible under § 12 para. 1 of Act 108/2000 on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Distance Selling. You can do so within 30 calendar days * from the date of receipt of goods without giving a reason.

* Entrepreneurs: This entitlement does not apply to purchases related to your business activities (registration number of your company was provided in your billing address and displayed in your purchase document/invoice), as the Commercial Code does not allow this option.

 

The exchange of the good for another size, color, …

If you decided to exchange the goods, please follow these basic requirements:

  • Send us the goods no later than on 30th day after physically receiving the shipment.
  • The goods must be complete, unbroken, unused, fitted with a tag in the original packaging, capable of resale.
  • In shipment, attach completed accompanying form which can be found below. Download it, print it and fill in the details with pen.
  • On the form specify desired product (size, color), for which you would like to exchange the good.
  • Do not send goods on delivery (cash on delivery), in this case we will not take over the goods and it will be returned back to you.
  • The cost of shipping from customer to us is paid by customer.
  • The cost of shipping from us to customer is paid by us.
  • Send the goods on our return address: Outdoor Semester, Innere Weberstrße 17, 02763 Zittau, Germany, +49 3583 8638 7242.
  • We recommend you to send the shipment as registered parcel with insurance in the value of goods (in case of loss or depreciation of shipment you will be able to reclaim your shipment with your deposit slip at the post office).
  • The product you filled in the form, will be send to your address. 

 

Return of the good (refund of the purchased price)

If you decided to return the goods, you must follow these basic conditions:

  • Send us the goods no later than on 30th day after physically receiving the shipment.
  • The goods must be complete, unbroken, unused, fitted with a tag in the original packaging, capable of resale.
  • If you received a gift with your purchase, it is needed to send it back as well, otherwise we will charge its actual price to you.
  • In shipment, attach completed accompanying form which can be found below. Download it, print it and fill in the details with pen.
  • On the form, fill the account number, where we return the funds.
  • We refund the purchase price of the goods within 14 calendar days*from the day of receiving returned good, on your bank account.
  • Do not send goods on delivery (cash on delivery), in this case we will not take over the goods and it will be returned back to you.
  • The cost of shipping from customer to us is paid by customer.
