Virgin wool

Virgin wool is wool used from the first shearing of sheep. Such wool is the finest and softest wool that can be obtained during the lifetime of a single sheep by shearing. It is therefore wool of the highest possible quality that has never been processed or recycled before, so its fibers are intact.

Virgin wool has all the qualities for which wool itself is popular, but because it has never been processed before and is usually sheared from younger sheep, it is not only softer but also stronger and more durable. As a standard, it is therefore much longer lasting than recycled or older wool.

The wool itself is then an excellent material not only for leisure but also for hiking and active movement. It is pleasantly warm, very soft, and comfortable. It can effectively wick moisture to the surface, where it quickly evaporates. And even if it gets wet, whether due to rain or moisture produced by our body, it loses none of its insulating properties, so it keeps warm even when wet. However, its thermoregulating properties make it material for more than just winter - it is pleasantly cool in the warmer months.
